Attend any or all of the clinics! \nOct 25\, Nov 22\, Dec 13\, Jan 10\, Feb 28 \n1:45-2:45PM – Come early to complete registration and get equipment ready \nGenesee Valley Sports Complex\, 131 Elmwood Ave \nPre-register to save time! \nSled hockey is a fabulous sport where all players skate from a hockey sled. Using short hockey sticks with ice picks on one end to propel you across the ice\, and the broad end to slap the puck\, players learn to skate\, weave\, spin\, turn and glide from end to end. Teamwork builds up passing and shooting skills. \nThe sport is inclusive of people with and without disabilities\, so bring along family and friends to learn to play with you! Parent/child\, spouses\, siblings\, and friends — all play together! \nCome find out more and spend some time with members of the Sled Hawks competitive team for great pointers and tips! \nPre-register to save time! \nDress warmly for being in an indoor ice rink. All equipment is provided. Everyone going on the ice will wear a helmet for safety.
