Rochester Sled Hawks

Sled Hockey is an exciting game for everyone! Perfect for players that benefit from a seated position; all players use a sled.

The Rochester Sled Hawks practice weekly throughout the season and hold scrimmages several times per month and hold scrimmages and league games, scheduling with other teams in the region for at-home and on-the-road events.

Register
Youth and adults with disabilities, as well as teammates without disabilities, are encouraged to give it a try at our annual Try It Clinics.
