Rochester Rockets

If you have been around the area for a while, you may recognize the name Rochester Rockets—and you may have even been a Rochester Rockets player or fan back in the 1990s and early 2000s when there were youth competing. All of those youth have since grown into adults—many now play with the Rochester Wheels team!

The “new” Rochester Rockets recreational group is now open to youth ages 6-18, with or without a disability. Siblings, friends, new recruits—all players will play in wheelchairs and have the opportunity to develop all the aspects that team sports provide: skill development, empowerment, discovery, respect, and team building.
