In this episode of CityWise: The Wheels Division 3 basketball team is touring the City’s R-Centers – Rochester Community Centers to showcase their skills and highlight other inclusive recreation opportunities offered through Rochester Accessible Adventures. Anita O’Brien, Executive Director of RAA, Xavier Major, Coach of the Rochester Wheels Wheelchair Basketball Team and John Picone, City Athletics and Aquatics Director tell us more about this partnership.

More than just offering sports programs, RAA is working with R-Centers in the City of Rochester to ensure ALL of the programs being offered are open to all of their community members – with and without disabilities. Creating a culture of inclusion!
